GPOY. I have a new job! In a few weeks I will be a radio producer at 4EB. I love community radio and multiculturalism and pottering around with audio so it’s freakin’ perfect. I’ll be making promos and even recording a musician or two.
This is a HUGE deal to me because this is the first job I’ve had that isn’t working in a shop or a bar since… well, forever. I can actually see my friends properly and go to gigs on weekends now! But more importantly, it’s my foot in the door for what I hope will be the beginning of my radio career. I’m so very excited! I have to resist the urge to scream “Wheeee!” and dance through the CBD.
